Phoenix, meanwhile, will be selecting second, getting the rights of the pick from Star.
Ginebra can also add another star to its already loaded rotation with the third pick, receiving the slot from a prior trade with Phoenix.
Mahindra will be picking fourth, followed by Star at five. San Miguel is next at sixth, followed by Meralco, NLEX, Rain or Shine, Ginebra again, Alaska, and Phoenix to end the first round.
