Talk ‘N Text was merciless against sister team Meralco as it crushed the Bolts, 105-91, in the PBA Philippine Cup at the Philsports Arena last 11 November.
Matt Ganuelas, Moala Tautuaa and Troy Rosario led the Texters’ balanced attack against the Bolts for the team’s first back-to-back victories this season. Ganuelas had 19 points, while Tautuaa and Rosario tallied 18 and 14 markers.
The Texters opened the game with a searing 20-3 run that had them leading, 33-17, by the end of the first quarter. Talk 'N Text had a smooth sailing since then.
