All PBA player should be warned when taking their shower. A dance instructor and part-time events organizer who as arrested for taking a picture of Meralco Bolts player Danny Ildefonso naked and taking a shower at the Meralco gym in Pasig City was just released.
Anthony Arnold Trinidad, 46, was allowed to go home after Ildefonso decided not to pursue the charges against the self-confessed dance instructor and part-time events organizer. Remmember that name, Anthony Arnold Trinidad, because he will probably go ninja against and seek a new victim.
"Napagkasunduan lang namin ni Misis na talagang patatawarin naman namin," said Ildefonso.
"Kasi nakita ko naman mabait namang tao. Nagkamali lang. Basta sabi namin tapusin na lang para hindi na masyadong maraming ano, kasi hahaba na lang," he added.
A report was quoted as saying that "Ildefonso, 37, told police that he took a shower after the team’s practice session at the Meralco gym. He said he heard a 'clicking' sound. When he peeked through the curtain, he saw Trinidad kneeling on the floor and taking his pictures."
The report revealed that "Trinidad tried to escape after Ildefonso noticed him but was cornered by Meralco security guards Albino Barredo and Baltazar Antido."
Initially, the cager filed a complaint for violation of Republic Act 9995 or the "Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009" against suspect, Eastern Police District director Chief Superintendent Abe Villacorta said.
